Description:

• Maintenance technicians are responsible to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, replace and fix mechanical and electrical issues within the facility for plant machinery - majority of the machinery they will be repairing are CNC machnes and robots

• Machinery includes sensors, conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, robots, bearings, pumps, PLC's and assembly lines

• PLC Troubleshooting - they have Allen Bradley and Omoran

• Use of drawings, schematics and blueprints to diagnose machinery faults

• Electrical troubleshooting most is 3phase and 208v but they do go up to 480v

-Will be responsible for completing PMs

-Will be doing welding and fabrication as needed

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVES:

1. At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience

2. Hydraulic and Pneumatics

3. Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting (higher on the electrical side is preferred but not required)

4. Mechanical troubleshooting of pumps, motors, valves, etc.

5. Basic electrical troubleshooting up to 480v 3 phase (Most plant functions are 208v as it is a Japanese company.)

6. Ability to read blueprints and schematics

7. PLC Troubleshooting preferred (plug in laptop)
