Minimum 3 year experience working in manufacturing environment; Experience using measuring equipment; Prior experience in Quality Control and familiarity with ISO or TS standards preferred but not necessary; Ability to follow instructions.Description of Duties:Performs in-process inspections and visual inspections; Records inspection findings on the SPC System; Reviews Quality Control Worksheets to ensure that all data is being recorded properly; Takes necessary actions to stop production should parameters of process, visual defects or nonconforming product be identified; ; Participates in internal sorts of nonconforming product; Ensures that the “First-In, First-Out” (FIFO) concept is being used by all departments for inventory rotation; May perform some duties outside these listed depending upon special situation or workload. Must be able to lift 30 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
