Job Description

We are seeking an REMOTE Event Coordinator to join a Tech company based in Fort Collins, CO. This person will be responsible for event planning, stakeholder management, promotion, marketing and lead management for trade shows held across the US, & sometimes internationally. You will travel at minimum once per quarter to help execute trade shows logistically and interact with potential customers who are interested in interacting with various products.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors Degree

1+ year of internship or professional event management experience

Comfortable traveling at minimum once per quarter

Smartsheet, Excel + PowerPoint proficiency

Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure Previous work for a technology focused company

Photoshop, Premier Pro experience

Living in PST or MST null
