  • Manage and oversee all administrative functions.
  • Coordinate, attend, and document meetings.
  • Maintain databases, provide reports, and administer college-level scholarships.
  • Communicate, facilitate, and assist with reappointments, sabbaticals, workload reports, external review site visits, and various other processes.
  • Implement, coordinate, revise, and track survey information, internal grants, and marketing/recruiting.
  • Coordinate, enhance, and communicate college-level events.
  • Provide support to the dean, maintain the deans calendar, and oversee college purchasing decisions.
  • Oversee, create, and publish newsletters, website content, and social media accounts.
  • Manage colleges office and supervise staff and student workers, including hiring, training, evaluating, and disciplining.

  • A High School diploma or GED.
  • At least 4 years of office experience.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel).
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
