About the Role:

As a Senior Recruiter at Arbour Counseling Services, you will be directly reporting to the Human Resources Director . You will be a part of a great team dedicated to hiring, retaining , and supporting a workforce who provide a diverse set of mental and behavioral health services to the community. We serve 8 sites in Massachusetts and need someone to support our recruitment and retention efforts. We have a safe working environment, terrific benefits, and wonderful staff.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative , a “go-getter” with at least 2 years of recruitment experience ideally in behavioral health facilities . You must be data driven & detail oriented, but also a “people person” who can partner with different levels of the organization to accomplish our hiring goals. This is a Hybrid opportunity out of Franklin, MA.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process for each department (Community Services, Outpatient, Partial Hospitalization, Administrative, Nurse Practitioners) and each 8 location s (Lowell, Haverhill, Woburn, Allston, Norwell, Franklin, Fall River & Worcester)

  • Collaborate with all Hiring Managers & Executive Leadership to determine staffing needs & evaluate priorities

  • Establish an effective outbound reach out & marketing strategy based on industry trends

  • S end out offers and serve as a liaison during the negotiation process, leveraging benefits & industry data to overcome objections

  • Compile data for each manager & site to review to understand workforce needs

  • Review workforce metrics to drive performance improvement within current recruitment process & provide advice for hiring managers

  • Other duties as needed – working with the HRD

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field

  • At least 2 years of proven recruitment experience required

  • Experience working in a behavioral health facility preferred

  • Experience working with iCIMS preferred

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Experience with Microsoft products – Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, etc.

  • Candidate must possess appropriate citizenship work documentation

  • Candidate must pass a CORI and drug test, as well as other pre-employment documentation
