Aerotek Industrial Maintenance Technician - ALL SHIFTS OPEN & DIRECT HIRE!! in Fremont, Ohio

Description:

The Maintenance Technician will have the following responsibilities:

-Serve as a technical resource to program robotics and set up secondary equipment to support daily production.

  • Will work on hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, valves, conveyors, boiler systems, chain links

-Must understand robotic operations and dangers involved in operating equipment and protect workers and equipment.

-Report robotic and secondary equipment problems when they occur.

-Order all components for periodic maintenance and repair.

-Organize and oversee component usage and inventory.

-Develop and maintain a troubleshooting library to include all documentation for existing and/or new equipment.

-Coordinate implementation, installation and troubleshooting of current as well as new projects.

-Work with Engineering and Maintenance on continuous improvement of new and existing processes.

-Perform periodic inspection of all robot equipment and processes as necessary.

-Responsible for robotic related process and other related activities.

-Responsible for rebuilding sanders, buffers, robotic and other secondary equipment repair. Must be able to repair all equipment to original operating condition.

-Responsible for proper labeling of oils, solvents, fluids, etc.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVES:

-5 years of industrial maintenance experience

-high school diploma or GED

-Experience with MS office

MECHANICAL:

-Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics

-Fabrication experience

-Experience with bearings, valves, chain links, conveyors, boiler systems, and sprockets

ELECTRICAL

-480v

-PLC troubleshooting

-Experience with Robotics (fanuc, ABB, or Siemns is a plus)

-Experience working in an automated facility

NICE TO HAVES:

-PLC Programming with Allen Bradley

-Journeyman license or card
