*AAA KCs Lock Service Roadside Assistance Technician - Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities! Duties/Job Description *

1. The Technician provides roadside assistance as dispatched by AAA KCs Lock Service.
   1. These responsibilities will take place in the outdoors and may require exposure to inclement weather.
   2. The Technician is expected to monitor their wireless phone when on call.
   3. For American Automobile Association (AAA) calls:
      1. The Technician is expected to notify AAA when they arrive on location and when the assignment is completed.
      2. The Technician will also notify the Dispatcher via text message of the completed assignment and the mileage designated by AAA.
   4. The Technician will notify the Dispatcher immediately of any difficulties, or unusual circumstances, of any assignment.
2. Using tools and/or equipment provided by AAA KCs Lock Service complete the following tasks when assigned:
   1. Unlock/open vehicles
   2. Change Tires
   3. Add air to tires
   4. Provide fuel for vehicles
   5. Jump start Vehicles
   6. Test and, when appropriate, replace batteries
3. The technician is expected to have and maintain a clean driving record.
4. The technician will be subject to a pre-hire drug and background check as well as random drug and background checks during employment.
5. The Technician will be compensated by AAA KCs Lock Service for each completed assignment. Full time technicians earn an Average $400-$1000 per week. For PART TIME positions anticipate weekly pay will be less.The more calls you take, the more you make!
