Position Title:
Production Associate
Pay Rate:
$21.74/hr. to to 41.92/hr.
Category/Shift:
Hourly Full-Time (24/7)
Rotating 12 – hour work schedule working both day and night shifts
Day shift: 7am -7pm
Night shift: 7pm – 7am
Mill Operations (24/7):
You must be able to:
Work rotating schedules that are subject to change
Work some major holidays, weekends, and nights
Switch between nights and days
Consider the potential effect on family life and the likelihood of missing family events
Job Requirements:
Minimum high school graduate, GED or equivalent work experience
Must be At least 18 years of age
Must be eligible for employment in the U.S.
Must operate or work from elevated work surfaces (with proper safety training and safety protection)
Must wear required safety equipment (PPE)
Must work around heavy machinery
Must undergo an initial drug screen and periodic drug screens for illicit use of drugs as a condition of employment
Participate in New Hire Integration (NHI) Orientation
Successful completion of Probationary period after NHI Orientation
Mill Conditions: You must be able to:
Operate or work in industrial conditions
Acclimate to a fast-paced environment
Work in warm/hot, dusty/dirty and around hazardous chemicals (with proper safety training and safety protection)
Work around high noise levels (with proper safety training and safety protection)
