We are searching for Changemakers to come and join our team and discover our diverse and versatile community of independent spirits and unique talents.

This role will focus mostly on the main applications. Help users troubleshoot issues, design new features or enhancements, collaborate with developers and QA teams , provide training to users, and communicate with different levels of the company.

Where?

This role is Hybrid (4 days onsite and 1 day remote) from our office located in Glen Allen, Virginia.

Core Responsibilities:

Use various root cause analysis methods to deliver objective analysis for resolving system issues and identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement.

Partner with business stakeholders to obtain and maintain an understanding of processes and requirement needs, create current and future state process maps and KPI metrics from all impacted stakeholders.

Prioritize and rationalize proposed changes based on risk assessment, cost-benefit analysis, and KPI metrics.

Document and communicate business requirement changes, enhancements, and modifications — verbally and through written documentation

Create and maintain Quality Assurance documentation (e.g., Test Plan, Test Cases)

Perform System and Regression Testing and document the results

Support the User Acceptance Testing process by providing test cases, test data, etc.

Create training documentation and conduct user training

Utilize the SDLC methodology to deliver technical solutions.

Research, investigate, and document transaction flow both inside and outside a system using various tools.

Collaborate with external third-party vendors, contractors, and consultants to develop and enhance the system.

Understands and communicates external software interface requirements to enable business processes to be conducted using 3rd party software.

Are you qualified ?

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field is required.

3 Years Business Requirements , Business Process mapping experience and Business process analysis and improvement

3 years Quality Assurance or System Testing experience.

3+ years of experience in supporting the business function in Microsoft D365 .
