Circuit Board Medics Prep & Assembly Technician in Greenville, South Carolina

Job Type: Full-Time Hourly

Starting Pay: $16/hour 

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 AM  -4 PM 

Location: Greenville, SC 29615

Experience: No electronics experience necessary

In a world that tends toward replacement, Circuit Board Medics recognizes the value of fixing what is broken. Founded in 2010, Circuit Board Medics (CBM) has cemented its place in the remanufacturing world through high quality work and stellar customer service. CBM specializes in repairing and rebuilding circuitry in automotive and appliance modules. By repairing these components, CBM offers customers an alternative to high cost replacement parts and a timely solution for malfunctioning ovens, refrigerators, cars, trucks and more.

    Job Description

    Our Prep & Assembly technicians use hand tools, power tools, and semi-automated machines to prepare parts for the repair process. We also clean and reassemble repaired products to meet our “better than new” standards. This position plays a key role in supporting our fast-paced work and high quality results. No experience is necessary to begin this interesting, technical work. We provide on-the-job training for curious, adaptable learners.

    Physical Requirements

    This is a physical role that requires being on your feet most of the day.

    This entry level position is the first step in a path of growth and advancement at Circuit Board Medics. New prep and assembly technicians start training and contributing on day one. This role gives new employees a chance to acquire knowledge and skills that can lead to more advanced positions including electronics repair technician, electronics troubleshooting technician, and electronics specialist.

    Circuit Board Medics was founded on, and continues to maintain, a 1-Day Turnaround for standard repairs. This nurtures a fast-paced environment that requires a strong sense of urgency. The typical workday is onsite 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM .
