About the Role : Product Support Lead

The Team: Our team is dedicated to enhancing our Master Data Management (MDM) support framework, delivering exceptional internal customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency. With a focus on effective communication, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning, we tackle core responsibilities such as overseeing support requests, leading collaborative efforts, and maintaining accurate master data for transaction processing across key systems like Salesforce and SAP.

Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Oversee and manage incoming support requests from internal users, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

  • Lead the support team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, including Finance, Product Management, Tax, Legal, Fulfillment, Order Management, Compliance, and others.

  • Identify and conduct basis analysis of data quality issues and resolve as assigned.

  • Manage ad hoc report and dashboard requests, contributing to system adoption and improved user experiences through standardization, documentation, training, and usability enhancements.

  • Utilize tools like Fusekit, Excel, and Alteryx for data management tasks including querying, scrubbing, manipulation, and record insertion.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing request queues and adhering to SLAs.

  • General understanding of Order-to-Cash business processes and framework.

  • Demonstrates excellent teamwork and leadership abilities, thriving in both team environments and in cross-functional collaborations, particularly in virtual settings.

  • Demonstrates ability to take ownership of incidents, tasks, or objectives, leveraging initiative to drive them to successful conclusions.

  • Tools/Applications

  • Experience working in Salesforce and/or SAP

  • Intermediate Excel skills

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Master Data Management (MDM) desired.

  • Experience with data visualization and data analytics tools is a plus (PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)

  • Exhibits a strong aptitude for analytical problem-solving and enjoys troubleshooting.

  • Has a passion for learning as well as coaching and motivating team members.

  • Is a proactive self-starter, capable of effective delegation, prioritization, and follow-through.

  • Possesses strong organization skills and is attentive to detail.
