YOUR CHALLENGES
Job Purpose
Fabric Technicians’ main task is to ensure a good customer delivery by performing service and maintenance and corrective actions on non-critical/technical equipment and building fabrics according to the contract SLAs(Service Level Agreement) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicator).
Responding speedily to fault/breakdown requests and efficiently undertaking routine scheduled maintenance
Attending to corrective maintenance and out of scope works on technical and building fabric parts on location
Supporting and performing work in Project and Extra Works scope
The Fabric Technician is expected to live and lead the company's RISE (Respect Integrity Service Excellence) values.
Key Accountabilities :
Respond to all Instructions from Managers/Project leaders/Planners in a timely and professional manner
Assist Critical Facility Technicians where required in maintenance activities, corrective maintenances and emergency activities
Work closely with the site team to support CBREs assignment
Permit and Supervise Sub Contractors to a high Standard
Report health and safety breaches through the site process
Attend to plumbing and drainage maintenance requests
Learn and develop quickly from training provided on and off site
Comply with all relevant procedures on site
Ensure that the work complies with all regulatory requirements, local requirements, quality, sustainability, energy efficiency and QHSE Policy
Volunteer ideas / initiatives that contribute to the service levels and delivery
Continuously improve delivery of the mission by receiving feedback from line manager, technicians and internal and external customers
The Fabric Technician shall also participate in and/or carry out other customary tasks within the framework of the team and the employment
YOUR PROFILE
Completed vocational training / apprenticeship with sufficient professional experience in the above-mentioned key areas
Knowledge of how to use a CMMS system
SPS / PLC knowledge is an advantage
Recognizing complex technical relationships
Strong service orientation and ability to work in a team
Confident use of MS Office
Proficiency in English written and verbally / Norwegian languages skills would be a plus
