Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions is looking for qualified candidates to join our team at a global manufacturing company, located in Whippany, NJ! If you’re a motivated person looking to get started with a great company, we want to talk with you!

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Operate various types of manufacturing equipment

  • Accurately set up molds per work instructions

  • Set up and run all presses

  • Work with 1 or 2 processes

  • Work from blue prints to complete all steps of operation

  • Use measuring equipment to verify parts

  • Complete in-process inspection reports

  • Follow all Global and Health Safety procedures, including required Personal Protective Equipment

  • Keep work area clean and organized in compliance with 5S

  • Perform other duties as required or assigned

**May be exposed to latex or epoxies.


  • Must be comfortable with standing/working on a production line for 8 hours per day

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Previous manufacturing, pilot plant and/or lab environment experience in a private, public, government or military environment experience is a PLUS

  • Proof of education

Pay rate: $14.00 per hour

Location: Whippany, NJ

Duration: 1 year

Hours: Hours are Monday-Friday, 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM
