DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this role, knowledge of SAP and HR role relationships is critical to maintain HR workflow. You will analyze and process HR-related role requests for the Department of Transportation (PennDOT) and coordinate final approvals with Enterprise OA, seeking technical assistance for issues that are unable to be resolved at the agency level. You will be responsible for managing role mapping and secured systems access programs by analyzing role requests, resolving role conflicts, administering the Segregation of Duties (SoD) waiver process, and collaborating with the HR Service Center staff to map and demap appropriate roles in a timely manner. You will consult with lead staff to update role mapping processes and forms to meet customer needs and process mapping requests within desired timeframes. You will also consult with customers to ensure role mapping requests are complete, appropriate, and policies are adhered to. You will manage the agency's annuitant program and wage complement (regular, annuitant, and seasonal) and approve wage and salaried complement requests, as well as prepare various HR data reports to include complement reports. You will administer the agency's modified duty program and provide oversight to the upload/retrieval of documents in electronic personnel files.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment, 75 hours bi-weekly. Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 3 days a week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year of experience in the performance of technical human resource duties; and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
