Job Title: Desktop Refresh Lead Tech
Location: Reston, VA
Our client is in search of a strong disciplined Level 2 desktop refresh Lead Tech familiar with regular refresh and Windows 10 upgrades. The candidate will provide Onsite Support, Remote Support: Imaging, PC deployment and Windows7 Upgrades to Win10. Onsite technician to follow a customer defined process to Upgrade users to a new Win10:
Remove old device, use asset mgmt. system and stage for disposal.
Update asset records with new owner information.
Update deployment and close tickets in Service Now and provide daily reporting to Project Manager
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
Past work experience with imaging, PC deployment and Windows migration/upgrades a must.
Must have reliable vehicle and clean driving record.
Some work will require off-hours shifts. Must have this flexibility.
Similar project leading experience at an enterprise level is expected.
- College degree highly desired
