What We Need Element Fleet Management is seeking a Client Relationship Manager (Fleet Coach) to join a dynamic team supporting a rapidly growing new fleet program with a large last mile delivery client. This role is remote; candidates should reside in Texas, as the role requires travel within that territory. Are you: Excited about maintaining positive client relations in your assigned territory, by working closely with Business Owners and gathering feedback? Able to train and educate the client on different offerings within the program? A Day in the Life Build positive Client Relationships in an assigned territory by proactively consulting on customer needs, customer education, analysis on products and services, and managing processes to optimize fleet productivity Utilize tools to effectively communicate to an assigned territory through multiple conversation channels Educate and train customers on product offerings, available technologies, and resources Take ownership of client issues and apply critical thinking and problem solving/root cause analysis to identify solutions Responsible for periodic surveys, analysis, and creation of action plans to ensure continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
