About this Role

We are seeking a highly organized and technically savvy full-cycle recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and craft recruiting, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a paperless environment. Working under the Senior Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for creating and posting requisitions, reviewing resumes, sourcing candidates, conducting phone screens, scheduling virtual and onsite interviews

Location: The Woodlands, Tx

What You'll Do

• Manage the entire recruitment process, including taking requisition requests and entering them into the iCIMS platform.

• Follow up with hiring managers to gather specific requirements and clarify recruitment needs.

• Create and maintain job descriptions, organizing a job description bank for easy access.

• Handle overflow recruitment tasks as needed, focusing primarily on desk recruiting rather than direct interactions with management (if you decide to manage this yourself).

• Assist with administrative duties related to recruiting and onboarding processes.

• Conduct interviews using Microsoft Teams and maintain focus on tasks for extended periods.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, preferred.

• Experience may be considered in lieu of a 4-year degree.

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter, particularly within the construction and craft sectors.

• Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.

• Expereince in iCIMS is preferred

• Strong presentation skills; capable of representing our recruitment team professionally.

• Ability to manage recruitment processes independently and efficiently (sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, and extending offers)

• Ability to travel 10% of the time within the Gulf Coast region.
