Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with a leading automotive manufacturer in Irvine to help identify a Service Engineering Data Analyst for immediate hire.

In this role you will support the process to address customer issues with the vehicles. You will be responsible for analysis of quality data from multiple sources as well as conduct actual evaluation and testing of products.

Specific duties will entail:

  • Performing quality data analysis from multiple sources to establish trends, analyze improvement efficiency and determine new issues for improvement on current vehicles

  • Support vehicle evaluations, countermeasure assessment and effectiveness

  • Support logistic management efforts to ensure countermeasure implementation and tracking are conducts in an efficient and accurate manner

  • Perform root cause analysis on returned parts

  • Assist in other quality related activities

The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis and software skill (advanced MS Excel including pivot tables and v look ups), a background in mechanical or electrical engineering with a strong interest in automobiles.

This is a long-term temp position with a very strong potential to go temp to hire. Pay rate is $25-30/hr based on experience. Hours are full time, M-F from 8am 5pm.
