We have partnered with a well-known property development and management company to help identify a very detailed Junior Data Management Associate.
In this role you will support multiple databases by:
Setting up, reviewing and maintaining accounts in a database
Verify and follow-up with vendors and manager regarding how they want their billing set-up
Interface with property managers on billing changes
Manage EDI bill set up with utilities
Maintain bill back accounts
Review and manage customer move in and move out and make needed changes
Manage automated and manual uploads
Metering equipment and inventory management
General administrative support
To be successful in this role you must be:
Very detail oriented and accurate
Be self-motivated and be able to work independently
Utilize MS Word and Excel, in addition to Google Calendars
Must be professional, polished with excellent communication skills
Some form of data management experience is preferred
This position would be ideal for a current college student with the ability to work full time or recent college graduate that wants to get some exposure to data management. Position is temp to hire, with a great company that offers long term growth potential. Pay rate is starting at $20/hr. Hours are full time, M-F from 9am 5pm.
