Job Description

We are looking for a highly competitive and driven sales person to join our growing commercial staffing team in Irving, TX! This is your opportunity to represent a top-ranked recruiting team and sell with the confidence that your customers will receive world class service.

As a Volt Business Development Manager, you will be developing new business through research, prospecting, networking, and calling on prospects via telephone and in-person visits. You will have the opportunity to help companies develop solutions to their staffing challenges with the support of Volt's internal resources and recruiters. Volt is a leader in the domestic and international staffing services marketplace. You'll be working for a respected company with a reputation for service and quality. This is a salary plus commission opportunity.

Desired Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of business to business sales experience. Staffing industry experience is preferred, but not required. Candidate must be self-motivated, enjoy working in a competitive environment, have a dynamic personality and possess strong problem solving skills. A strong desire to succeed is critical for this role. Bachelors Degree is preferred, but an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
