Our client, a local financial tech company, is looking to grow their Service Desk team. This is a client that has been a staple within the Fort Worth/Dallas community, offer mortgage, car, and same-day loans.

Right now, they are looking for a Service Desk Tech who is skilled with Windows based technologies. You’ll be helping with Tier 3 support – username and password build out, helping with imaging, provisioning of equipment, and hardware/software installations and deployments. Tech wise, you’ll be working with Windows, MS Suite of products, Entra, Intune, O365/M365, and Exchange. This is a customer/client facing role, so great communication and professionalism is a must.

The role is slated to be a 6 month contract-to-hire position. The pay rate during the contract portion will be between $35-38/hr, conversion salary $65-70K plus a potential bonus. This is a hybrid onsite role, 3 days in office out of their Irving branch.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-4+ years of experience within a Tech Support position.

  • Strong Tier 3 support skills.

  • Proven experience with Microsoft and Windows technologies.

  • Entra

  • O365/M365

  • Intune

  • PowerShell

  • Prior knowledge of any networking components is a nice-to-have.

  • Experience with remote desktop support.

  • Any work doing more Systems Administration tasks is a plus.

The Offer

  • 6 month Contract-to-hire

  • Contract pay rate - $35-38/hr + overtime potential.

  • Conversion salary will range from $65-70K + potential for an EOY bonuses
