We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Tax Manager in Irving, Texas. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of tax planning and compliance needs. This leadership position requires a deep understanding of tax regulations and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and filing of federal and state income tax returns for individuals, trusts, and entities.

• Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax documents to relevant authorities and conduct regular audits to identify and resolve potential tax issues.

• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment and engage in regular professional development to maintain knowledge on tax laws and industry best practices.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their tax-related concerns and providing proactive advice.

• Act as a trusted advisor on tax matters, offering strategic guidance to enhance clients' financial well-being.

• Implement and maintain effective internal controls to mitigate tax-related risks.

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance risk management processes.

• Utilize skills in Tax Planning Strategies, Income Tax Compliance, and Corporate Income Tax to effectively manage tax planning and compliance for clients.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.

• Significant experience (5+ years) in tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals and entities.

• Excellent knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex tax concepts to clients and team members.
