Analyzes manufacturing parts in house to reduce vendor cost. Maintains preventive maintenance program for all manufacturing machinery. Evaluates production machine capabilities, reviews with Facilities Process Analyst. Makes modification and performs maintenance as required. Works with outside vendors to ensure timely and quality services. Ensures compliance will all governmental standards (safety and maintenance) when analyzing or implementing equipment. Assists workers in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment. Informs Supervisors on the status of all machinery. Confers with reporting Supervisor to coordinate maintenance activities of individual departments. Investigates and performs maintenance as needed. Is trained and authorized in operating the articulating lift. Performs all duties in lower grade. Opportunity for advancement with PLC, Pneumatic, robotic, and hydraulic experience.
