Currently, we are looking for a highly enthusiastic International Recruiter (6-months contract) who will work for Telespazio Belgium, in the Netherlands.

What is expected from you:

As an International Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates for positions within the organization, with a focus on sourcing talent on a global scale. You will collaborate with hiring managers, understand business needs, and develop strategies to identify and engage top talent. This role requires a deep understanding of international recruitment practices, cultural nuances, and a proactive approach to building a diverse and high-performing workforce.

• Talent Sourcing:

• Utilize various channels and platforms to identify and attract top talent globally.

• Build a strong network of international candidates through social media, job boards, industry events, and other relevant channels.

• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies, universities, and other talent pipelines.

• Candidate Assessment:

• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.

• Coordinate and manage international recruitment processes, including candidate testing, reference checks, and background screenings.

• Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Provide guidance to hiring managers on international recruitment trends, market conditions, and best practices.

• Employer Branding:

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the employer brand, showcasing the organization as an employer of choice on a global scale.

• Develop and maintain content for careers pages, social media, and other recruitment marketing channels.

• Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with international labor laws and regulations in the recruitment process.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interview notes, and other relevant documentation.

• Diversity and Inclusion:

• Actively promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process, striving for a diverse and well-rounded candidate pool.

What you offer:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an international recruiter, preferably in a global organization.

• Strong understanding of international labor markets, employment laws, and cultural differences.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Certification in Human Resources or Recruitment is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory, and speaking Dutch or French is an asset.
