Full time R18556 About the Role: The CrowdStrike Information Technology team is looking for a (Rockstar) Senior/Staff Systems Engineer (messaging) with an ownership mentality and a clear customer focus to join our team. This position will be focused on our internal messaging, operating as the subject matter expert and solutions architect for the platform. What You'll Do: To succeed in this role, you must be a self-starter who functions well as part of, a distributed IT team. You must be comfortable and confident in assessing when to ask for guidance and when to make autonomous decisions, all of which must place the success and integrity of the company and its employees as the primary goal. In this role you will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, scaling, maintaining and securing all facets of the CrowdStrike email platform. This includes supporting the full lifecycle and administration of e-mail. What You'll Need:

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, a related field or equivalent work experience

• Minimum 10+ years hands-on deployment, administration and troubleshooting experience in mid to large scale enterprise communications systems

• Ability to analyze issues and provide clear, effective, solutions with minimal interruption to business flow

• Design, architect large scale On-Prem Exchange Platforms

• Cloud Email (Gmail) architectural design and migration strategies

• Architecture, design and administration knowledge with Microsoft Exchange 2019.

• Exchange clustering/DAG/redundancy/failover

• Demonstrate knowledge of email retention and archival policies

• Extensive experience with Active Directory design and architecture

• Email encryption technologies

• Must have advanced PowerShell and other script language experience and be able to demonstrate it.

• Knowledge of patch deployment strategies

• Cloud Email (Gmail) architectural design and migration strategies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with or exposure to Microsoft Exchange 2019

• Proofpoint Administration

• SailPoint email account provisioning

• AWS SES provisioning

• Administration in a Zero Trust network environment
