Description:

This is a maintenance role in a food manufacturing company. This person will primarily be responsible for doing PMs and maintenance on bakery equipment. Common equipment that they will be working on are: ovens, mixers, conveyors, pneumatic delivery systems, and extrusion machines. In a perfect world, this person will be able to go in and figure out what's wrong on the line. Look at the PLC and read the inputs/outputs and determine where the issue is and fix it. They will also be rebuilding gear boxes and motors. Some of the repairs that they could be doing is simply adjusting the phone-eye/sensor on the machine.

This person could also be responsible for doing some fabrication work. Common things that they will have to fab are going to be covers for some of the machines or catches for where the excess product falls into. They will do their fab work by mostly welding stainless steel materials together.

They will ideally like this person to spend their day doing their PMs first and foremost, because if the PMs are done effectively there should be no reactive breakdowns that happen.

Qualifications:

2 years of industrial maintenance experience

Own basic set of tools (small tool box)

Experience with 3-phase 480v
