This is a temporary position from 6/1/2024 - 12/15/2024 Planting, Harvesting, and field maintenance tasks including weeding, stalking, tying, driving tractor, mowing, greenhouse work and landscaping around grounds, trimming, trimming grapes, irrigation and field clean up. This work requires harvesting produce while making important decisions based on product size, shape, coloring and ripeness according to prescribed standards. Those that are requested to drive will be required to possess an appropriate license, no one will be rejected for this position that does not possess a drivers license. Operate trucks or other multi-purpose vehicles to transport workers from housing (weather on or off the farm) to the farm properties; haul tools, supplies, or crops; transport workers from place to place around the farm properties during the workday (including on public roads to reach the farm fields); and/or transport workers to the grocery store, bank, or laundry facilities on an as needed basis Those that are requested to drive will be required to possess an appropriate license, no one will be rejected for this position that does not possess a drivers license.

Piece Rate per flat of strawberries. Estimated hourly wage rate equivalent for the piece rate is $18.00/Hr based on workers filling 3 flats on average. Guaranteed $17.20 per hour.

Piece Rate: $6.00

Must have 3 months of verifiable equipment operating experience.
