[We are looking for production workers to help in our Check and Straight, and Deburr departments. Workers in the Deburr department will visually inspect parts and remove flaws like sharp edges, extra fragments and particles, using various tools and gauges. Check and Straight workers will shape and form metal parts using various tools and jigs.

• Candidate needs to be attentive to details and conscientious about their quality of work.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and/or mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge and experience in using measuring and testing tools.

[PREFERRED:]{calibri",sans-serif"=""}

• Previous experience, preferably in the aerospace/aviation industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English helpful.

[ADDITIONAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS NECESSARY TO PERFORM DUTIES: This is a hands-on position that may require standing for up to 4 hours a day and working directly with hardware on the floor. Applicants must be able to lift at least up to 35 lbs unassisted, be comfortable stooping, bending, standing, climbing ladders, or working in tight spaces; be willing to work overtime and weekends as necessary.
