We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer on-site in Ephrata, PA!

The Quality Engineer will be responsible for the following:

• Managing supplier audits
• Monitoring supplier performance
• Preparing quality reports 
• Analyzing quality issues
• Facilitating inspections
• Managing Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARS) and Corrective Action Requests (CARS)

The Quality Engineer MUST have the following experience:

• 4+ years minimum experience working in quality / lean manufacturing
• 2 year technical degree - minimum educational requirement, Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience working with suppliers required
• 4+ years of experience with internal audits
• Willingness to submit to a criminal background check

• Ability to work as a team player
