The Opportunity

This is a hybrid role, in office weekly with some remote days.

This Senior Analyst Consultant role is a member of our Workforce Analytics team whose vision is to be a trusted ally for transformative workforce decisions supporting our Benefits COE (US and Canada). The role will be responsible for data stewardship, strategic reporting, story-building, dashboard modeling, conducting research, analytic projects & experiments with the clear understanding of insights and trends to support our Benefits COE. We partner with an exceptional technology team and progressive analytics teams in the business to change how work gets done. The Work Itself

  • As a data steward for the Benefits COE, this role will play a crucial role in defining and updating the data strategy necessary for transforming the Benefits COE to be more data-driven approach.
  • Partner closely with COEs and ensure the COEs define right lead and lag metrics, aligned with business strategy and needs.
  • Partner with COEs to create insights, do research / workforce studies; support COEs to tell the right stories to leaders.
  • Gather reporting, dashboarding and scorecard requirements for COEs and provide reporting support.
  • Gather external trends and insights and translate them into COE and business context!
  • Work with stakeholders and translate a business problem into an analytical question(s) and help the Business Intelligence & HR Digital Solutions teams with analytic design decisions.
  • Support improving the quality of data used in the Benefits COE's
  • Translate analytical outputs into easily digestible and relevant insights. Become proactive around sharing the relevant insights and support COE priorities.
  • Understand the depth and breadth of insights, trends related to benefits and provide consulting services to the stakeholders.
  • Develop compelling, data driven narratives and stories and help in understanding insights or point to make informed decisions. Understand the difference between meaningful insights and noise and use those insights to drive better business decision making.
  • Utilize data analytics expertise to educate & coach the HR and business users solving right business problems. Take a lead role to raise the capability of analytics across the HR community.
  • Bring together all the right team members from COE, HRBPs and business to collaborate on areas, hypotheses or problems.
  • Knows how to leverage insights created by machine learning, predictive analytics, deep learning, NLP, etc.
  • Building collaborative relationships making customers and their needs a primary focus of your actions

The Skills You Bring

  • 3+ years of data and/or business analytics and consulting experience required. Agile environment is preferred
  • Experience working with HR data required (especially benefits data) and Workforce Analytics
  • Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Math, Statistics or Computer Science preferred
  • Sound in Statistical modeling and exploratory analysis
  • "Credible Data First" attitude while working with the stakeholders.
  • Experience in data quality process and tools to lead data driven approach
  • Ability to work under limited supervision, with a strong work ethic and high degree of self-motivation.
  • Able to manage competing priorities in a changing environment
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous and matrixed environment while demonstrating teamwork and collaboration
  • Strong in MS Excel and statistical packages
  • Strong in PowerPoint as a tool to convey insights and analysis

Base Pay Range:

Emerging: 85000

Experienced: 117500

Expert: 150000

Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan
