*Safety Sensitive due to working in different processes; using different tools, equipment\ and machineries; lapse of attention could result in injury, illness or death.\ Essential Duties and Responsibilities:\ o Understands and complies with HACCP guidelines\ o Provides clear instructions to processing employees\ . Monitor processes and ensures product quality standards are met\ o Trains and assists employees regarding quality standards\ o Collects, maintains and repots data as required\ . Interacts with customers, vendors and regulatory agencies as needed.\ Qualifications:\ This position requires the ability to perform checks deemed necessary by USDA, Customer\ Spec\'s, and Company Policy, a working knowledge ofHACCP and the ability to recognize and\ identiff customer specs or know where to find them for reference. The ability to read and write,\ add, subtract, multiply and divide as well as calculate percentages and formulas is essential for\ this job. Other qualifications include the ability to understand and apply verbal and written\ instructions as well as communicate clearly and effectively.\ Health and Safety:\ This position requires the ability to stand for long periods of time as needed for quality assurance\ monitoring and training, able to walk long distances as needed for production requirements,\ ability to stand, bend and lift for extended periods of time, tolerance to cold temperatures, and\ the ability to work on and around wet concrete floors that may be coated with chlorinated water.\ Physical and mental condition to work in fast paced environment.
