Volt Workforce Solutions is hiring for several openings for Production Workers who can work Tuesday through Friday from 5:00pm to 3:30am (2nd shift) earning $ 16.50/hour !
If you have a minimum of 1 year working in a Production environment, have good hand-eye coordination, enthusiastic, and strong organizational skills we would like to speak to you about working in our lab in Lockbourne, Ohio.
Hours and Pay Rate :
2nd Shift, Tuesday to Friday, 5:00 pm 3:30 am. $16.50/hour
Under supervision, and extensive training, you will perform a variety of tasks related to daily Lab operations.
Perform department tasks including one or more of the following:
Select lenses/frames for each prescription
Stock lens and/or frame shelves
Sort and deliver trays
Key Rx parameters into system
Log, ship, receive orders (frames, supplies, etc.)
Operate frame tracing unit
Quality check with filled Prescriptions
Packaging and/or unpacking boxes of lenses
Prepare lenses for special coating
Minimum one-year experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination.
Ability to perform physical activities requiring bending, kneeling, pushing/pulling, and standing from 8 10 hours.
Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
Must pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.
