Cash Application and Expired Product Returns Coordinator

Accelerate value & make an impact by:

• Participating in the monthly and quarterly accounting close.

• Daily responsibility will include posting of cash receipts and posting related journal entries.

• Ensuring all information received by the business units, subsidiary systems, and interfaces are accurate, timely and are in compliance with all GAAP and U.S. statutory requirements.

• Performing reporting and analysis related to customer payment deductions and as needed communicate issues to appropriate business partner for resolution. Daily and monthly reporting of cash receipts with offsetting bank clearing postings.

• Participating in all aspects of internal and external financial and operational audits.

• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of established internal controls to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.

• Being responsible for the preparation of monthly and quarterly Sarbanes-Oxley control packages per the documented requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• University degree in Finance or Accounting related discipline is preferred.

• Minimum 2+ years of related accounting experience, ideally gained in a shared services environment or with a large multinational organization.

• Experience with SAP is a strong plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be creative and enthusiastic.

• Well versed with Excel (v-lookups, pivots, formulas).
