Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions can help you get your foot in the door at some major San Fernando area employers. We are looking for Accounting Clerks, with Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable experience to fulfill our local client’s accounting needs. Ideal candidates will have a minimum 2 year previous transactional accounting experience with above average data entry skills. (Skill evaluations are available.) Additional characteristics for success include excellent Microsoft Excel and better than average Microsoft Word and Outlook abilities.   • Account and bank reconciliations experience

  • Minimum 2 year recent work experience in related field or role

  • Expert skill level in Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Experience with Electronic General Ledgers (i.e. Lawson Infor, Great Plains, etc.)

  • Experience client interfacing regarding invoicing, billing, credits, refunds and cancelations

  • Financial reporting expertise
