High-volume accounting firm in Woodland Hills looking for a knowledgeable and
experienced enrolled agent or CPA that can multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We
are looking for an individual that can quickly and accurately oversee multiple clients'
accounts. This job does require working under pressure and critical time restraints so
organization and prioritization are must have qualities.
Federal and state tax returns.
Review and manage tax engagements.
Work with clients to understand tax needs.
Work with partners and coworkers on tax projects.
Prepare quarterly corporate schedules, year-end schedules, and tax reports.
Payroll, 1099. W2’s
Payouts and bonuses
Must be able to handle 3-4 clients at a time
Multi-state tax laws
Minimum 4 years’ experience.
Must currently hold a California EA/CPA license and a bachelor’s degree in accounting or
Must have exceptional organizational skills.
Must be able and willing to comfortably and clearly communicate with clients and all
applicable parties pertaining to the client.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Preferable to have experience with Accounting CS and QuickBooks software’s.
Must have great analytic skills and pay close attention to details
