Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions is in search of an experienced Assembler II to join our client’s Lynnwood team. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a well-known and respected company, while gaining valuable experience.

As the Assembler you will perform assigned assembly processes to manufacture products using visual aids, verbal and/or written instructions. You will also:

  • Perform assigned assembly tasks

  • Prepare components prior to assembly, clean components, mark, and inspect components, subassemblies, or completed assemblies

  • Test finished assemblies

  • Set up and operate assigned equipment and machinery

  • Participate in cleaning of area and machinery and take part in team meetings for improvement

  • Perform inventory cycle counts


  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • 2-5 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

  • Basic computer skills
