JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: Wisconsin Athletics is looking for a Live Production Coordinator with a passion for fan engagement and brand development to coordinate the live productions and content creation for video board events. This role should be pursued by a self- motivated individual with a keen eye for trending styles and innovative ideas. Our goal is for this individual to put forth high-level products and experiences to the diverse audiences that pass through our venues on game day. Under the general direction of the Director of Video Services the Live Production Coordinator will manage live productions and content creation for Wisconsin Athletics video board events. Key responsibilities include: - Oversee the live production for video board events; - Collaborate with other departments in the creation and execution of show scripts; - Produce entertaining and engaging video board broadcasts; ensuring a positive fan experience; - Research and develop creative content ideas for use in video board productions; - Manage the programming of LED signs, IPTV systems and organization of files on a shared network; - Train and guide students, and staff on use of video equipment and software; - Teach staff various broadcasting procedures and provide direction and feedback; - Assist with studio and location shoots as needed; - Assist with the hiring of student staff. Responsibilities: Develops and produces content and production materials in one or more areas for programming. Assists in developing, coordinating, and directing the production strategy and process. 10% Researches and develops production strategy for one or more programs across broadcast and digital platforms 10% Produces, develops, and edits content that may include identifying topics, themes, guests, conducting pre-interviews and/or interviews, writing, and/or integrating content for multimedia platforms 25% Performs daily operational activities for live and pre-recorded content, and may direct the editorial and creative process of production activities 25% Collaborates with other content creators in pre- to post-production processes, prepares materials, and handles logistics for broadcast and/or digital...
