TEKsystems Customer Success in Maitland, Florida

Our client is looking to add a Customer Success Advisor to their team. The Customer Success Advisor is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to our customers by addressing their inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy. This role involves direct communication with customers through various channels, including ticketing systems, phone, email, conference calls, social media platforms, and community forums, to ensure customer satisfaction and support business growth.

Must be willing to go onsite 3 times a week.

  1. Minimum of 3 years in customer support or as a client service representative.

  2. Minimum of 2 years experience with JIRA / Confluence.

  3. Ability to understand database logic and write SQL queries.
