Our client is a growing, successful and stable medical practice with several locations serving the Orlando area. This opportunity offers the chance to continue your Healthcare Administration and Customer Service career in a challenging and important role within a growing, patient centered practice.
Checking patients in and out
Provides communication between patients and providers
Dealing with Insurance contacts
Collection of copays and account balances from patients
Frequent contact with patients, providing professional, quality service
Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism
Must demonstrate superior customer service skills
2 years performing the above mentioned duties in a medical office environment
Able to work one Saturday per month on rotation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer service oriented, organized and detail oriented
