Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions is currently recruiting professional Receptionists with a medical office background. Our client is a growing, successful and stable medical practice with several locations serving the Orlando area. This opportunity offers the chance to continue your Healthcare Administration and Customer Service career in a challenging and important role within a growing, patient centered practice.


  • Checking patients in and out

  • Provides communication between patients and providers

  • Dealing with Insurance contacts

  • Reading Ledgers

  • Collection of copays and account balances from patients

  • Frequent contact with patients, providing professional, quality service


  • Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism

  • Must demonstrate superior customer service skills

  • 2 years performing the above mentioned duties in a medical office environment

  • Able to work one Saturday per month on rotation

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Customer service oriented, organized and detail oriented
