Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for the creation of core data products within Vanguards Financial Advisor Services (FAS) Division. Identify core data domains and relevant data products to be developed within each domain.

In this role, you will:

• Engage with stakeholders to identify cross functional data needs.

• Defines relevant data domains within the division.

• Identify subsequent data products to be established within given domains.

• Develop product strategy including targeting intended users and use cases.

• Collaborate with data scientist and engineers to define product vision and roadmap.

• Establish framework for governance of data products inclusive of product metrics such as usage, quality and value.

• Monitor product portfolio performance, adoption and KPIs.

• Engage with stakeholders as changes to the data landscape impact data products and their utility.

• Identify the opportunity for new data products to be developed and how they are differentiated.

• Promote the utilization of data products and enhancements to existing data products.

What it Takes:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.

• Minimum of eight years related business experience, with at least four years of technical project management experience.
