Job Title: Diesel Technician

Salary Range: $18-$22 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team at our Manning location. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance, along with a proven track record of excellence with reputable references.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines and related components.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks.

• Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and prevent future breakdowns.

• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose problems and recommend solutions.

• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and labor hours.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Diesel Technician.

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines and systems.

• Strong knowledge of diesel engine mechanics, including fuel systems, electrical systems, and emissions control systems.

• Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
