Customer Service Representative

Hours: M-F; 10:30AM-7PM (adjustable)

Pay: $16.88

Location: St. Paul, MN

Job Description:

This position is a call center rep that supports field sales representatives. A team of 40 agents handle orders using different order channels, like phone or email. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting phone orders

  • Working in a fast-paced office environment

  • Being accurate and responsive to field sales team

  • Working with multiple areas of business


  • Highschool diploma or GED

  • Ability to articulate and speak clearly over phone line

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • multitasking

  • basic understanding of computer systems and processes

  • Familiarity with Microsoft and Outlook programs
