Job Duties: Project a positive, helpful and professinoal attitude to our customer. Enter customer infromation in repair order. Schedule appointments. Follow up wiht customer throughout repairs. If additional work is needed, explain the details to the customer, including additional costs and time. Inform customer of completion and provide completed repair order.
