A well renowned company in Central Long Island is looking for someone who has experience opening stores as you will be opening up design centers, negotating contracts and terms, creating layouts and looks and someone who can hire staff and personnal for the site. Responsibilities

Identifying the Properties

Negotiating lease and/or purchase terms

Create and Implement a standardized layout/look and feel

Hire and manage the personnel at all locations

should have great management skills and great ‘merchandising' skills so that we can have a simple plug and play system for when we open a new location
