About the role The role of the Sales Support Analyst is to manage the timely and accurate disbursement of monthly sales commissions from set-up to payment across core business units. Other critical functions include database management, auditing and analysis. Exceptional analytical, communication and execution skills are required. Close attention to detail as well as outstanding spreadsheet management skills are key. Ability to analyze and summarize data, provide conclusions and recommendations, complete work accurately, and interface with all levels of the company including senior management are critical success factors for this position. Responsibilities Calculate and analyze monthly sales commissions to sales agents, review and audit for reasonableness, attain approvals from executive management, work with Accounts Payable to issue on-time payments Establish and maintain good relations with executive management, and key members from Sales, Finance, IT, Credit, Accounts Payable departments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address commission related inquiries, resolve data disputes Validate monthly compensation reports Input, maintain and update multiple databases with customer, sales rep, account, zip code information Create and maintain annual sales target and GPM goals for salespeople across several sales channels per corporate guidelines Review, audit and secure payment of customer rebate programs in compliance with contract requirements other functions as may be assigned Ad hoc report generation and analysis as necessary Qualifications Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently Advanced Excel skills including macros, v-look up, pivot tables Oracle experience in quote to cash, accounting, payable or payroll desirable Design and build reports and dashboards in PowerBI Education & Experience Bachelor's degree or higher Minimum 5 years' work experience in relevant area What We Offer Comprehensive benefits include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance programs 401K plans with employer-matching contributions Tuition reimbursement PTO Paid holidays Volunteer time off For more information about benefits, please go to: https://careers.leviton.com/benefits Leviton is an EEO/AA Employer.
