Perform duties in an efficient and effective manner while increasing efficient flow of materials while maintaining internal and external customer satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Pulling, filling, packing orders for shipment, delivery or pickup Process shipments using designated small parcel shipping systems Unload, separate and palletize inbound shipments Operate WMS accurately Process all inventory transactions while maintaining 100% inventory control Report any quality or inventory discrepancy issues to the appropriate person Process returns accurately and timely Follow company policies and procedures Communicate positively within a team environment Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, maintain required certification, perform vehicle safety checks and report discrepancies to supervisor Assist in keeping facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently Follow all established policy and safety guidelines in a drug-free workplace Other duties as assigned Qualifications Skills and Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
