QPS Employment Group is hiring a Machine Operator for a company in Perry, MO. This is an associate to hire opportunity.

Machine Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Operate machines to produce product - Inspect product for flaws - Perform secondary operations to parts if necessary - Fill out all check sheets that pertain to the job that is being ran - Grind runner and scrap parts - Assist in any necessary operation in the plastics department, trimming excess plastic with box knife= - Package finished product and complete custom/private label assembly and packaging, which could include one or more of the following operations - assembling multi-packs, capping, shrink wrapping, labeling, boxing, and sorting - Keep work area clean

Machine Operator Requirements: - Stand, sit, kneel, or squat for up to 8-hour day - Lift up to 40lbs regularly - Bend and twist 75% of shift - Ability to use knives, clippers, etc. - Knowledge how to use calipers and other handheld gages - Knowledge of machine operation - Team player
