Job Description:

As a CNC Machinist, you will play a key role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines to produce high-precision components. Your ability to work with various materials, follow specifications, and ensure the quality of the final products will be crucial to our success.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, with expertise in operating CNC machines.

• Proficiency in CNC programming, including the ability to write and edit G-code.

• strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints. Knowledge of various machining materials and tools.

• Attention to detail and precision in measurement and machining.

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently. Physical ability to handle materials and stand for extended periods.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare CNC machines for production, including loading raw materials and tooling.

• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders to program and adjust CNC machines.

• Monitor the machining process, making real-time adjustments as necessary to ensure precision.

• Perform routine machine maintenance, including tool changes and lubrication. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, conducting measurements and visual checks.

• Identify and troubleshoot any issues or deviations in the machining process. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Document and report production data and issues to supervisors.

The essential functions of this role include:
