Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday Pay: $16 - $17 per hour ($17 - $19 per hour for Bilingual Spanish candidates) Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. 1 year of call center experience or 5+ years of customer service representative experience. Strong data entry, customer service, communication, and time management skills. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Responsibilities: Answer calls and provide scripted information regarding class action or project inquiries. Update the database with general information. Process paperwork, transcribe IVR calls, and perform miscellaneous office tasks. Support internal and external clients with professionalism and efficiency.
