Pay Rate: $32per hour

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator ? You’ll be:

  • Independently operate and monitor production machines for Temptime product, ensuring efficient and accurate performance.

  • Responsible for multi machine operation including Mark Andy and Gallus printing presses, slitting equipment, blister machine and label applicator.

  • Conduct setup, testing, and assembly of products as per equipment specifications, maintaining quality standards.

  • Strategically plan and manage time and resources to meet business objectives and production targets effectively.

  • Inspect products for defects, promptly identifying and marking non-conforming materials according to work instructions.

  • Ensure product assembly meets both quality and quantity requirements, maintaining production standards.

  • Manage physical movement and transactions of raw, in-process, and finished goods materials in ERP systems, maintaining accurate inventory records.

  • Support company safety policies, maintain workplace organization, and adhere to ISO and GMP standards while fostering positive communication and teamwork within the organization.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 2+ years of experience of relevant experience

  • Knowledge of light equipment operation in the performance of job responsibilities (such as: Forklift, Pallet Jack)

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as work instructions, safety rules, operating and maintenance work instructions, procedure manuals and MSDS sheets.

  • Must have sufficient English reading, writing and speaking skills to review work instructions and communicate effectively throughout the organization.

  • Must be able to perform basic arithmetic using units of measure, whole numbers, common fractions and decimals and convert measurement units to/from Imperial to Metric.

  • Ability to maintain quality and safety control standards.

  • Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.

  • Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects.

  • Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel.
